I'm ending my week with a comprehensive checklist and estimates for what it will take to finish the three eLearning courses, their email workflows, and the websites I'm working on.
It's around 200 hours total. I won't work with perfect efficiency for 40 hours each week, so that's probably closer to 8 weeks rather than 5.
Of those 200 hours, only around 30 are needed to finish the videos for Leading Product Teams. 92 more hours are needed for all the bonus content I'm creating for LPT. Add that to the time so far working on research, scripts, recording, and editing, and the total estimated time for creating this course is up to around 250 hours.
The other 108 hours (out of those 200) are for the other two courses and building out the website, funnels, emails, etc. for both the courses and consultancy.
So, let's call it 8 weeks, launching in mid-June.
