Question for devs: are the block Gas Limits different on mainnet and Sepolia? I'm seeing a Gas Limit of ~45M on Sepolia, but 90M on mainnet. Is this intentional?

Ethereum: 30M Sepolia: 30M Base: 90M Base sepolia: 45M Out of curiosity, I tried several others, and it seems that base sepolia is indeed intentional.
