They will mint it because they see future value in it and every mint automatically gives them the ability to earn.

i don't think that should be a certain statement imo

speculation plays a big part but i like to collect things just to collect, bc i actually get to own it rather than right click save, there is value in that

i also do like to speculate too ofc (i'm a degen) but not in every scenario

speculation definitely drives and expands markets

but collectors def exist, even if they are the smaller group

this is true for many things - trad art, cars, trading cards, etc

personally why i'm not skeptical about people minting things just bc they like it

it's the same behavior pattern

The best part is you can do both.

What I'm saying is everyone seems skeptical on people minting for fun at scale (which I agree with) but there will always be a smaller cohort of people that do it because they genuinely enjoy it.

Both are positive sum IMO
