I think they are prioritizing via Coinbase One, you can just pay (even for just 1 month) to get a 1-800 number to call. I get that ppl want a white glove Schwab/MS/Fidelity experience starting from $0, but customer support is surely a loss leader that will hopefully convert clients into high fee managed accounts, private placements, etc. CB & other fintechs like Robinhood have no such endgame. Some upstarts like Titan are still trying it though.

FWIW, everyone says to try Kraken. Unfortunately, I signed up for Kraken, went through KYC, and was immediately locked out. Filed multiple support tickets which went into a black hole. I think Coinbase just has more customers (at least in the US) so you'll see more complaints on US/English speaking Twitter.
