Love your matcha updates. Could you recommend a good brand? On the hunt for a new matcha. (Tried but don't love - encha, jade and first harvest).

I use this one but I think it’s quite hard to find - I would suggest getting something that’s “ceremonial” grade for sure and start there 😅
