Sad that the new draw.io version made a bunch of things worse (removed the grid, made it harder to add/remove arrows to lines).

Downloaded an old version from a commit, running it locally now.

Excalidraw is a whiteboard, but draw.io is a diagramming tool like Microsoft’s Visio, or a graphical alternative to graphviz. All great products but not the same use cases!

you can draw diagrams in excalidraw. Nice set of libraries libraries.excalidraw.com
