With the creation of the /insider-trading channel, I’ve realized just how many people are learning to trade. So, tonight we’ll talk about trading strategies! Here are a couple that I think are important: 1) Layering out to take profit: One of my biggest challenges has been knowing when to take profit and when to hold. I tend to either sell too early and miss the majority of profit or hold too long and round trip stuff. Lately though, I have been layering out of positions and it works much better. Things are pumping? Sell 25% and re-assess. If it keeps running, keep taking some off the table. But always leave yourself a moonbag - unless you’re sure it’s all deadweight. 2) Cutting your losses. Sometimes you have to cut a position at a loss to put the money to better use. This shouldn’t be done lightly though as it’s a quick way to burn through your funds. That said, don’t be afraid to cut a loser. What about you? What trading strategies do you use most often or find the most effective?

Most importantly risk management especially when leverage trading knowing how much you are willing to lose without having a mental breakdown and the right amount your willing to give the market if it goes the wrong way. From my Experience Trading Patience is the most powerful skill you can have, waiting for the right setup and avoiding rushed or fomo trading really goes a long way in this market. One last thing is your strategy I basically call it your do’s and don’t for example you never trade when the 50EMA is consolidating through candles, Fade the short term trend over the longer term trend, last tip if your on a losing streak right now when next you want to place your trade put your order where your stop loss normally would be most people put their stop loss a tick or two below the last low which the market will always go to in search of liquidity Thanks for reading and I wish you success in your trading Journey

Risk management is now my strongest suit, used to be my weakest. Hard and fast rules I follow keep me profitable, any time I lose bad with leverage I wasn’t following them
