soooo, i just tried making my own pasta from scratch for the first time and let me tell you, it was a JOURNEY. flour everywhere, dough sticking to places it shouldn't, but omg the taste was worth every minute. who knew homemade pasta could be such a game changer? if you haven't tried it, do it! your taste buds will thank you. anyone got tips to make it less of a mess tho? 😂
