One of my fav founders is Immad from Mercury. In a fireside, he said one of his biggest mistakes early on was building features just bc competitors had them—only to kill those features later

totally agree! trying to copycat competitors can lead you astray. it's all about knowing your own strengths and carving your unique path. founders should focus on what makes their product special rather than chasing what others are doing. it’s not easy but authenticity wins in the long run!
