The message this sends to allies, that if they get invaded by a larger force we will only apply pressure, literally life and death pressure, to get them to capitulate is just so shameful. I prefer an America that doesn't hit its allies when they're down.

Unfortunately, Ukraine is not an American ally.

Based on what has Ukraine done for America?

They're fighting a war against a country that's adversarial to American interests. They're a bulwark against Russian encroachment into European territory (Europe used to be considered an ally). Beyond that, America became the most dominant power in the world by championing democracy, freedom and liberty across the globe, not via transactional diplomacy. Trump's transactional "diplomacy" is a departure from eight decades of the type of diplomacy that led to American dominance. Think bigger than "what has Ukraine done for America", literally the most mid viewpoint possible.

This is a ridiculous response, and you are clearly a radical liberal. Let me help you answer the question: What has Ukraine ever done for America? Absolutely nothing. Ukraine isnβt a U.S. ally in any meaningful way, has never contributed to our security, economy, or well-being, and yet, American taxpayers are sending them billions.

Rather a radical liberal than Russian propagandist. Not entertaining this anymore with you.
