Can't claim to be the first.... /gloomtoken was launched in February & we stayed a reflections token for 3 months until migrating to a standard ERC20 token after realizing all of the issues being restricted to a V2 LP.... but either way, good luck & wishing you guys much success. πŸ’™ πŸ‘½

*Ethereum is inflationary…. && because most of the volume takes place on L2s the burning of tokens is no longer outpacing the rate of emission…. Solana is also inflationary but since it’s an L1 the burns directly impact the circulating supply. πŸ”₯

It's not just a coin name, they are taking the artists exact works of art and just swapping the color from green to blue..... it's not as if they are creating new works of art, they are using his exact work.... it's just disrespectful and not something we should be encouraging.... there are plenty of cc0 works of art like mfers, Nouns, Milady etc, we should use those

You can say old fashion notions of ip are irrelevant now all you want, but unfortunately thats not true, especially in the US. It's also a terrible idea for onboarding to send the message to artists that the crypto community will not respect their work, take it as their own for the sole purpose of profit..... if an artist commits to cc0 work, thats fine, but if its not cc0 it should be respected as such. Thats my opinion.

how is it cope.... it's the fact it's stolen artwork. What message are we sending to artists, that it's okay for people to steal your work..... look into $CHILLGUY, the artist is going after the project legally for using his artwork, that also means no serious exchange will list it because they do not want to deal with a take down notice
