Have you ever tried to just rock up to an ETH Global Hackathon event? Well, you can’t. Each person has to be registered individually so they can plan food, drinks and resources accordingly. I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request to ask for real people to RSVP.

How are you possibly supposed to plan an event that has limited capacity without knowing exactly how many people are planning to attend? The Park represents how many people - hundreds! So I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request to just have personal accounts register vs projects / team accounts.

Who was responsible for the vending machine? I believe there’s a spreadsheet with a breakdown of everyone’s assigned tasks and categories…. I’ve seen it before & to be fair, Benjamin, your name was not attached to LD at all, so where was the request / brief that said you were responsible to get photos for the sponsor? Lots of lessons learned for future proposers who work in a team & also bring in other sponsors …. Normally whoever brings in the Sponsor overseas and manages the deliverables.
