Fork treshold was set to 100% when the DUNA was established

so new entrants have an option for fair exit, but ogs are left holding the bag? also, if duna legals prohibit certain things, we are limited in our revenue options, and we are destined for zero under this regime?

why did we actually form a duna? has there ever been a clear answer from anyone? is it a liability thing?

the promise was to better interface with meatspace

but what's happened is that we just became too afraid to do the things we used to do because they would void the DUNA protections we didn't even have in the past

everything has to be triple checked with legal dept, and we don't have one

The canonical instance should have remained the OG DAO and the Duna should have been an opt in fork, but what do I know.
