Gm, new bounty. .25 eth, doubling every 12 hours until someone claims the task. Create/parse a prop to send 0.03 eth for each vote cast to every (circulating) Noun holder. All rewards for a given Noun’s votes go to the wallet in which its currently held. Can use disperse.app I believe but may not be needed.

Nope. For the prop, current noun owner gets all rewards for full noun voting record.
