I believe the social layer of governance is the most harmful layer. Iâm a huge advocate for private voting, also anonymous feedbackâŚ. Why? Because ANYTIME you leave feedback positive or negative you get DMsâŚ. Itâs making me just want to vote & not say anything, but I feel I owe it to the proposers to provide feedback, but also do not want to deal with the backlash of providing feedback. Dammed if you do, dammed if you donâtâŚ.. but Anon activities eliminate these issues, we should also reset the culture to not take voting against a proposal so personally. An against vote does not equal an I Hate You, itâs a rework and repurpose if it doesnât pass. đŤĄ

Sometimes the builders have tunnel vision and not thought about what an alternative prop may look like. Comments like âtoo expensiveâ or âthink of a different strategy that costs less and maybe not as ambitiousâ when the proposer may be a thought leader in their space and has a clear roadmap for successful execution and delivery tend to scare people away from building here in my opinion. how do We do this better?

I feel like that is very broad feedback proposers canât really do anything with, I read props and try to give very specific feedbackâŚ. For instance the Kitpas prop, I went on the Japanese community X space, asked questions & realized there was a misinterpretation of the proposal, so I gave feedback on what to highlight & the importance of the instructor program so it doesnât feel like a âtravel propâ I donât think Iâve ever just said âitâs too expensiveâ

every prop is different The Japan crew is incredible, their energy and vibes are infectious and pure. I wish you made it to Tokyo to hang. A lot of the intent gets lost in transaltion adn I am not sue how to solve that without some dedicated help in incubating these international ideas. the language and cultural barrier is definitly a bug
