Yay scaling...eth could be so much bigger if it were as cheap as chains like solana, it's the gas that prevents the every day man or woman the affordability to learn the intricacies & opportunities available, eth is the king of smart contract, but it's accessibility!

Don't make it a big thing either; 1 set of 10 reps at your max weight (amt. of weight it takes to burn out on rep 10) on one muscle area or machine! IMMEDIATELY drop down for 10 more reps for a total of 20 reps per muscle, I do 3 machines, treadmill always last, walk 1 mile minimum! Year 1 I actually DID 3-4mi EVERY day- I missed 12 days in 2023! Use music or it's the most boring thing on 🌎 In & out under 45min!

You're gonna thank me a year from now! The secret i didn't unlock until middle age; i focused on the wrong elements as a young athlete! The secret...push THRU all pains & u will find you no longer have ANY!

Keep it up it gets SO GREAT; after a major csr accident broke my face at 26, I naturally fell out of habit at the gym...but 4yrs ago at 38 I joined Planet Fitness & started EVERY day, but start easy dont push so hard you couldn't return the next day. My point? I thought running would cause pains, BUT push through ALL of it & the other side is SWEET. NO backpain, NO crinked necks in morning, NO more insomnia (not a ton,but I'll take a little sleep over none,hehe)
