In the past year, I've lost 23 lbs, gotten my total cholesterol back to "normal" from "elevated" range (220 > 195), got a late autism diagnosis, figured out how to manage my sensory experiences better to minimize anxiety, hit new PRs in weight lifting, fixed my teeth w invisalign, and am almost done with allergy shots.

I'm really proud of how I stuck with these things that took a long time and required incremental progress, which can be frustrating at times. I could have stuck my head in the sand and just kept doing what was comfortable. I've got a bit more work, but soon it'll be time to figure out what's next.
