New special interest is the former soviet union. Just finished Midnight in Chernobyl (fantastic) and now reading Lenin's Tomb which is dated but incredibly eye opening. The amount of brutality and war crimes addressed and I'm not even close to a quarter in. New context for the war in Ukraine

Life update: I'm still in a rebuilding phase from 2021 when I hit rock bottom mentally, which led to a physical decline. Currently: + discovered peloton & graduated from beginner workouts last week to low impact / 3-4x week + weighted vest for long walks with the pup + tracking food and protein intake

Been really trying to get my health and fitness on point and then above average and I’ve noticed walking with the weighted vest doesn’t feel that hard but my heart rate tells another story. Been cool using tech tools as I figure this out

I’ve been trying a few different alternative to x platforms and this seems to be the best options. Bluesky might be second but it’s overwhelming left bc it’s full of artists who all think similarly. Don’t love being bombarded with one way of thinking so this + Reddit is where I am lately

Started using a planner that maps out goals 4 months in advance. It's great bc if all goes according to plan you hit said goal and if you fail chances are you're close to that goal or heading in the right direction. Hoping by end of December I'll be closer to the weight I want but if not I know I'll still be closer

Never too old. Got Invisalign and just like that I’m 10 again. Got myself eating better and looking to lose weight. Foot is almost rehabbed. I’m ready to get myself back to where I once was and better

I think I’ve been in a slump for a few years with my rock bottom being in 2021. I’ve been living but lost my spark. I’ve been looking externally with the hope of finding guidance and yesterday I was reminded it doesn’t work like that. You have to look within

Alright, here's the run down. I just loss harvested a bunch of stuff and exited a few bags like $OCEAN I initially thought I'd wait around in and then decided I didn't want the hassle of following anymore. End of an era. I've been super uninspired by crypto and this cycle has me bearish for the time being.

After I finish this workout and do my financial audit I will update a list of what I’m holding and why.

GM harvesting some losses. I'm also thinking of a discord friend who was mining tron and hoping that would take off. Good for him - looks super strong and I've held that bag through some pain. Honestly considering adding a lil but I'm also just meh about crypto lately.

I haven’t looked at crypto prices in a minute and looking today I have to admit that $eth was one of my worst bets this cycle

I lost someone important to me recently and her last gift to me was shining a light on all the people not worth my time. Many of them I already suspected and this was just the confirmation I needed to have zero regrets leaving those relationships.

Deleted Twitter off my phone. Just realized I haven’t been on in days. Don’t miss it.

We know the rainbow bitcoin chart is largely a joke, but something worth pointing out is how each cycle, the top is in lower and lower. I have a hard time believing we'll ever see the red again re diminishing returns. My guess would be the top this cycle is in the "green" from 80 - 100k+

IMO April was a month of not thinking much about price action and doing very little. I've been expecting this kind of PA but May is make or break. We'll either see an escalation of uncertainty which leads me to my $AMZN thesis (although the new ATH makes me skeptical), or continuation where I'll hope to sell.

Bruh The Jinx S2 is off to a strong start. How is Bob Durst such a maniac? If he wasn't a murderer it'd all be hilarious

Today was incredibly beautiful, and on my to do list was, "enjoy the weather". Then, with less than 2 months left in my 30s, I decided to reflect on the last decade - what I did well and what could be improved. My biggest takeaway? The hardest times put me me on a path of growth and positive change.

Think I'm done posting on twitter for real. Really enjoyed @bankless with Raoul who answered my question, "What does crypto actually DO" It's wild how disillusioned I've become with crypto. Still grateful, but also questioning for the first time if I'll ever look to buy again.

If you’re open and able, a sound bath is a fantastic experience especially on a Sunday. A great way to ground yourself and reflect on the week ahead.

Last cycle for comparison. I'm thinking we get a buy opp, then up in May and then down just like we saw here. I'm skeptical if we're going to get the highs but tbd. Gonna be real feel less and less excited about this space these days.
