When you're a short girl, losing weight is seriously painful. Lately I'm losing a half pound a week, which I will take, but holy crap this is slow af. That said, started seriously in May 2024, then had surgery and was laid out, and I'm down 14 lbs overall. Really proud of my slow and steady consistency.

This is all the while enjoying myself at Christmas, New Years, Hanukkah latkes, and dining out regularly. I've been using the Lose It app for tracking plus my garmin watch for workouts. Biggest recommendation to stay on track is CSE's clear protein powder - https://cleansimpleeats.com/collections/clear-protein-powder

Can vouch for the pink and orange flavors, the blue is on standby in my cupboard. 90 cals and 20g protein - I put it in a big cup with ice and that's what I drink if I'm post workout or really craving something sweet that isn't water with a meal lately. No secret that prioritizing protein helps satiate you and when you have sub 1400 cals a day it's been a game changer.
