In 2023 I felt really stuck. I’d been doing the same kind of content in my career and I was on the road to recovery after a mental breakdown but still struggling. Here’s what helped me stay positive and make progress when I could have just sailed off my crypto winnings 👇

I start each year calling out 3 very achievable goals. This could be weight lifting, reading goal, travel goal, or savings goal. I have a white board that is on my front door and I write those there so I see them daily. Then in the other space I write the month and top 10 goals.

But how do you isolate 10 goals? Well, I also like to do a presentation to myself in canva for each quarter. These have a recap of my proudest moments/achievements and gratitude from the quarter before and then builds on them. It lets you say “by April I want to x” and then you can break that down to smaller tasks that become a top 10 goal. So if you want to lose 10 lbs by April, then your goal is to calorie track and get steps in with a goal of 1 lbs a week.

My quarterly presentation breaks my life into different spheres: professional, relationships, and self. Professional is about work, finances, and how I want to grow in this regard. Relationships are around family, partnership, and friends. Self is mental and physical health, as well as my home, appearance, and travel
