We're 3 days in to 2025 and I'm going to use warpcast as a way to check in with my goals. I always do 3 achievable goals for the year. This year it's the following: ✅ hit and maintain my goal weight (aiming June/July) ✅ Read at least 30 books and watch at least 30 films (no phone) ✅ wake up btw 7:30-8:30a

I'm big on planners and trackers. I've mapped out this month and I'm doing a bunch of travel so it'll be interesting to see if I can manage to keep my workouts and nutrition on point while still seeing the US/World. Hoping this week to come up with some lifting goals. Would like to be able to DL and squat more than my body weight again.
