Whenever I see blue only allowing shipment in the US a buy in bulk. But usually I get the black/blue mixed pack and use the black at home/blue for the office since I like work notes in blue to stand out on a black/white printed document (same reason for yellow notes to stand out in file folder) And I’m not even type A compared to most lawyers I know 😂

My firm switched from yellow or white note pad options to just white, and only losers like me that special order preferred pens from Japan will understand how devastating this is to my work environment.

I was sitting here, minding my own business, when I get the “Cobie posted for first time in a while” alert and now you have me considering if I too need a new $1,500 office chair I had no intention of changing before. The Oregon lawsuit names 31 assets, so I think they are just banking on losing or being preempted but getting to say “I told you so” when inevitably one of those assets crash or the developers behind one of them does something dumb that makes headlines. Ignoring all the ones that are named that don’t have issues.

@rodeodotclub model: 24 hour open edition. Same price if you see in second 1 as in 86399. No bots. No front running. Creators paid plus royalties. Sharers also paid. @zora model: memecoins. Early (or bots) pay less. Later pays more. Creators’ actual supporters punished with higher prices. Easy to sell in mass/rug. Nobody will convince me “content coins” are anything other than a memecoin pig with lipstick; or that memecoins are a better model for tokenized content/paying creators vs. NFTs.

We all saw this coming though, right? With the SEC stepped back, states and class action lawyers will fill those shoes until there is binding precedent (either statutory or court made) which makes it clear when a digital asset is sold in a securities transaction vs. not.
