Companies should seek to use decentralized platforms more e.g deform instead of google forms. If we don’t use the tech, we cannot expect others to. More importantly, we will lack user empathy to make it better. 

What are other decentralized alternatives that should be used more?

Decentralized email is one users will need to get onboarded with, an example will be ethermail. This will provide more information from user empathy as time goes on.
