If the issue with onboarding users from Brazil is due to payment issues on Android, I would happily donate $ to cover signup fees for people with Brazilian phone numbers.

But what does onboard them mean? 1:1 onboarding?

After onboarding, why do they stick around? What if they already have a large following on another social network?

Farcaster's biggest problems right now are fundamentally retention problems. 

That's not a top-of-funnel / marketing problem. That will change over time.
