If humans created oxygen it wouldn’t be neutral. 

Technology will never be neutral no matter how we want it to be.

L1 Chains should be a maximally decentralized resource like oxygen is on earth.

They’re not neutral, they’re in theory ‘less biased’ thanks to disintermediation and decentralisation. 

In practice I think we know this hasn’t been very successful, but I still like the theory a lot and hope we can develop less biased, less human reliant systems.
