we need more depth-first, periodic distributions over longer timeframes. evangelism isn't a monolith, not fungible where it's more fit, so naturally there should be successive, low-overlap cohorts of different evangelists becoming more and less fit to changing circumstances. I wonder if private, collusion-filtering multisigs are also ideal, insofar as there's an expectation of greater reward in the aggregate for more group-scrutinized work, especially if they can't know each other or the balances they're guaranteed to extract.
