I did it for 3 months. With my gf about 1.5 years into our relationship. Was very tough at times. But we've been married 7 years now. So it can be done.

yes. 2.5 years between sydney and seoul. and then about 8 months between sydney and NYC. 7 years tgt now

Yes it does. I know my uncle and his wife were apart for 3 years cus she traveled to study further and got married immediately she got back Not for me, though My trust issues could never.

Well, it depend on the kind of understanding between the two parties. I don’t know all but I have a friend who’s been in a long distance relationship for about 3 years now (he’s sealing the marriage this year November btw).

It does. Been doing it for a year at the beginning. Celebrating 9 years together and 2 married this year ;) It comes with a bunch of challenges though, especially when it comes to family occasions.

It does work, but it requires both parties to put in the work. They have to go above and beyond for each other to ensure the distance isn't a barrier.
