I still have not seen a non-money use case that _needs_ crypto, but I'm open to finding one.

What is an example where this wouldn’t be tied to money?

Right - so if we take the case of XENFT’s it’s value related. If we take the case of Uniswap LP, it’s value related.

What is an example, that does not require an offchain oracle, that is not value related?

Literally ownership and rights

Does the wallet hold the NFT? The wallet determines ownership 

If a wallet is the holder NFT rights can be unlocked. Simple as that

Is ownership always value based?

I may own pictures of my kids. It has value to me, but prolly not market value 

Similarly I control the rights to those pictures of my kids. Again valuable for me, but not necessarily the market
