Has anyone ever kept a pepper plants for multiple years? I have a couple hardened off and wasn’t sure how they will produce

Yes, they can be perennial in some places. I’m in California so it’s easy to “overwinter” them here. It can extend the growing season since it doesn’t have to spend so much time growing as it’s already established.

Yes, growing super hots in the North it’s like basically necessary the growing season is so short. Being able to lock down good genetics and have them every year is huge too.

I have not but I also haven’t tried too either. With no greenhouse and not great indoor space for it - it’s difficult to keep too most plants over the winter.
