if you are running into a "nounce too high" problem on degen L3 after it resumed.
 1. i had a low value transaction (minting a degen name or something) stuck. it showed as "pending" on explorer.degen.tips, although the transaction was sent and confirmed a week ago. guess the chain outage just eat this transaction.

2. after the chain resumed i tried to send a new transaction (say nounce 49), but the wallet kept saying nounce too high. that's because of the earlier tx (minting degen name, say tx 48) never went through the blockchain virtual machine. latest state for my address is still prcessing tx #48.

3. solution: customize your transaction nounce to 48, in order to replace the older transaction that got stuck. instructions on how to do that available via google.
