if you are running into a "nounce too high" problem on degen L3 after it resumed.
 1. i had a low value transaction (minting a degen name or something) stuck. it showed as "pending" on explorer.degen.tips, although the transaction was sent and confirmed a week ago. guess the chain outage just eat this transaction.

Conduit is backfilling transactions right now. Some transactions are time-based, so they won't be able to be replayed (e.g. some types of swaps). Other transactions will be able to be replayed as normal.

We'll have updated stats on which transactions can and cannot be replayed as Conduit continues the replay process.

seems that bridge transactions won't be affected?

The summary is that layer 3s don't magically improve throughput even more, though they can reduce some fixed costs of batch publishing and deposits/withdrawals.
