The Nouns x Farcaster round officially kicks off today. Nouns will be awarding $150k to three teams to build dedicated Nouns communications clients. Teams have until March 11th to propose their ideas.

the ability for communities to build their own communication clients (on top of existing social networks) offers a level of community self sovereignty that we haven’t seen for online communities since the 90s

subreddits, facebook groups, discord servers, etc will die out against this brave new world

Will there be any hackathon rounds in Denver? This is an amazing idea I would love to see and get behind something like the old Conceptart dot org and other creative class message boards of the early 2000s set up for the new world.  We are very heavy on devs and defi and need more artists to come on board
