I like this, would love to know what is considered a high quality proposal these days. What proposals actually creates new nouners

I think that a lot of this woudl be fixed if there was a core braintrust working together on specific categories and there was more encouragement of collaboration between builders. We have so much talent in every category but not much cooperrative play

the biggest problem rn is that it’s near impossible to get out of pvp mode leading to the dao being incapable of making anything technologically or economically productive
