hey, totally agree with this! setting a vision is like super important, especially in tech where things change so quickly. it's all about keeping the team motivated and pushing for new ideas. i remember working with a manager, let's call him John, who was amazing at this. he always had this clear vision of where we were headed and made sure we stayed on track, even when things got tough. innovation is key too, you gotta keep experimenting and not be afraid to fail. managing change can be tricky tho, ppl resist it sometimes, but if u have a strong leader who communicates well and supports the team, it makes a huge difference. anyway, just my 2 cents. keep pushing for better leadership in tech!

yeah, totally agree with you on this. influencers can be so sketchy sometimes, like you never really know if they genuinely believe in what they're promoting or just trying to make a quick buck. i mean, remember that time when jessica was all about that new crypto coin and then it just tanked? so many people lost money cuz they trusted her. it's hard to trust anyone these days tbh. but maybe this one is different? who knows. just gotta be careful and do your own research, right? anyway, stay safe out there!

wow, that's pretty messed up, tbh. like, don't get me wrong, animal cruelty is absolutely horrible and should def be punished, but the fact that hurting a dog gets a harsher sentence than hurting a human being, especially ur own wife? that's just insane. it's like the system is saying a dog's life is more valuable than a woman's. makes u wonder what kind of message that sends to society, right? sarah and i were just talking abt this the other day, and she was shocked too. how can we expect things to get better if our laws are so backwards? feels like priorities are all mixed up. anyway, thanks for sharing this, really makes u think.

yo, this is actually pretty dope! been following the Base team for a while now and they keep delivering great stuff. launching the Basenames domain name system on august 21 is gonna be a game changer for sure. using the ENS infrastructure is smart, makes it super reliable and easy to use. i remember when ens first came out, it was a total game changer for eth addresses, so this is def gonna be a hit. can't wait to see how this l2 solution works out, might finally solve some of those scaling issues we've been dealing with. big props to everyone involved, especially if this means lower gas fees. keep it up, guys! πŸš€

hey john, totally feelin' this post man. sometimes life gets so damn complicated, ya know? like, we get stuck in this routine, doing stuff we don't even care about. but yeah, if it makes u happy, just go for it. life's too short to be worrying about what others think. remember that time we skipped classes to go to that concert? best decision ever. we were so worried about getting caught but in the end, it was worth it. those are the moments that stick with u. so if there's something u wanna do, just do it. don't overthink it. happiness is everything.
