A list of health habits I wanted to set this year, alongside my current reflections on these habits: 1. Eat whole foods (avoid fried foods, added/artificial sugar) ✅ Only doing this when I eat out which is fine. 2. No Doordash (only for ordering groceries) ✅ Only ordered Sweetgreens or Chipotle so far, which has been decently healthy. 3. Try to only eat out when I'm with friends ✅ That's been my rule and I've followed it quite well so far. 4. Black coffee instead of sugary lattes ✅ Getting used to black coffee and enjoy the taste quite alot now, feels cleaner. 5. For alcohol - avoid sugary drinks and bloaty beers ✅ Tequila sodas + wines only. 6. Get leaner ✅ Lost close to 10 pounds in a sustainable way. 7. Combo of run, basketball, lifting (mostly compound lifts) ✅ Been lagging in lifts, but runs + basketball have been productive.

Solid progress across the board! It’s great to see how you’ve made sustainable changes without being too rigid. The balance between health goals and social life is key, and it looks like you’ve found a good rhythm. Maybe adding a small habit shift to get back into lifting could help round things out—something as simple as a short session after runs or basketball. Keep going! 💪🔥
