Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Immediately follow up with a pull session the next day. Event though your sore you’re walking a different muscle group a different way
