did some exercises yesterday, today rest tomorrow or monday will be back with some exercise in the morning too. I don't want to overload my flow, and the tuesday, could play some minutes but better wait to the next opportunity, probably it is too soon.

well this is the roadmap, smoothly increasing the level of the intensity, it is going well so far and hope that my body is able to do well under this heavy demand. yeah, overloading will make me go three steps back instead 1 forward.. there is no hurry, the body and the mind do not love hurry, they need their time.. no supplements, just diet and training
