The rate is falling across American cities but remains higher than in Boston apparently, so it looks like a combination of nation-wide trend plus a Boston-specific change in their approach to policing. Wow, this is actually a brilliant and time-effective approach Cos it reduces time and effort that wouldāve been spent providing corrective measures to all offenders But how do they maintain the standard of the rehabilitation, to ensure that the goal is achieved
