I like the way I feel after reading a novel.

My inner dialogue is observant and clear. It has words for things and processes things one after the other.

Stark contrast to when I’m  terminally online. I feel comparably distracted, absent, nonlinear and reactive.

Just finished this

When reading online versions of books, I get easily distracted by the slightest notification pop and it’s robbing me of enjoying amazing books, 
How do you maintain focus to complete the whole book, or are you reading a hard copy ?🤔
