There was a push to increase the blob count in Pectra. We couldn't reach consensus on that today and will spend the next month researching this further. If, by then, we feel ready to ship them, we may include them too, along with a TBD EIP changing the blob count/target.

Because $BLOBZ emissions are tied to Ethereum blob production, more blobs means more $BLOBZ!
