fun thought experiment: let's say erewhon, hypothetically, just raised another round of private equity. for those unfamiliar, erewhon is an LA-based a high-end organic and natural food supermarket chain with 10 locations. last round was in 2019 with 5 locations. what would you guess the most recent valuation is?

If they raise $500M, pretty sure that will be part of their post money valuation. So $500M at 3x revenue would be between $700M - $1.5B, so maybe $1B just throwing numbers idk
