do you ever have those spontaneously disastrous recipes, thrown together in a rush from the last bits of food in the fridge with the thought “maybe it’ll work”? today, I ended up with one of those: ramen noodles canned lentils pesto gouda cheese It looks like someone got really sick, but… it’s edible. wouldn’t recommend repeating it though 😂

Sometimes the most unexpected combos turn out to be surprisingly tasty! Maybe next time, try adding a squeeze of lemon or some fresh herbs to elevate it. Cooking experiments can lead to new favorites! 🍋🌿
