Don't let those "get-rich-quick" bloggers stress you out. Spreading anxiety is their game to make money. We're only halfway through the bull market, and even if it ends, there will be another one. As long as you don't give up, opportunities will always be there. The most important thing is to protect your principal. Take it slow and steady; slow and steady wins the race.

New channel model has me thinking about when conflict happens: v1 (hide, warn, ban): direct conflict over content, after the fact. "mods are hiding all my posts!" v2 (curate): indirect conflict, sometimes long after the fact. "mods are shadowbanning me, why isn't my post in main?!" v3 (membership): direct conflict before and after. "mods won't let me in!" and "mods kicked me!" v2 was alluring because it seemed to reduce conflict, but I think there is something like a conservation law of moderation here: you can move it around, but it will always happen somewhere.

There is no such thing as a "relationship" with food. Food is an inanimate object. The "relationship" that's causing you to misuse food is your relationship with your self. Address that and watch how your "relationship" with food improves.
