Yeah as far as I understand it’s supposed to act like a moderator, and stabilize the effects of the caffeine

Gonna try and stay off caffeine but will try this at some point

Been thinking about making that change for myself, as well, every now and then

I can quit anything cold turkey, whenever, haha, it’s a superpower I have 😅

But yeah, I would have to study whether the lack of it makes me the person I’d rather be or not

It’s very hard to quit because the withdrawals are a bitch 

But it’s worth it imo
