I want pursuit of health to be a bridge activity again. Exercise and taking good care of yourself used to be something that united, not divided. This is sad.

That isn't the same thing? Ultimately the topics advanced by Calley and even RFK are worthy topics, soured by their association with right wing politics. Body positivity was a rebound against the heroin chic aesthetic of the early 00s that quickly turned into a perversion against science. The most extreme body positivity positions are not worth discussing AT ALL
