it's fascinating where society draws the line. being pro nazi is no longer a deal breaker for a disturbingly large number of people.

he understands what/who he is and uses it to his advantage in the dominant culture

just cuz he says crazy shit doesn’t mean the literal message was his actual reason for saying it

I saw that moment as him deliberately torching his contracts/positions at Gap and Adidas because both didn’t follow thru on his vision

Assuming he’s playing 4d chess (I’m very doubtful), using bigotry for business moves doesn’t make it better imo.
