If the modern civ was truly coming to an end, what dataset and in what relatively time insensitive packaging could we produce with the smallest set of instructions/guide for future humans/beings to find in order to reboot human culture/society and regain nearly all of our current scientific understandings of reality?

IMO, the most resilient packaging with significant bandwidth is culture: tales, songs, customs.
