For 15 mins, farcasters with a neynar score > 0.9 can buy at the same price, up to 0.15 ETH each. 

Hit at least 3 ETH to launch a token w/ liquidity, or get refunded.

Do the bots somehow just not enter immediately on launch and dump immediately again, or am I missing something?

max buy size at same price as humans, until they sybil anyway

They just buy at the same price as everyone else who joins in the first 15 mins, and need a high neynar score. Or buys right after launch, after others already have 15 minutes to buy.
