Anyone with IBKR can explain their margin lending on DM for me? Not for trading but wanna try use it as a mortgage

so i’ve been using ibkr for a bit now, mainly for trading, but i think i can help a bit. from what i know, their margin lending can be pretty flexible, but using it like a mortgage might be tricky cuz of the interest rates and stuff. make sure to check those details and maybe talk to their support. good luck!
