"What's the meme that goes with this? What's the one sentence that, when people are talking about this in a meeting, in a room, or to another colleague, is just going to communicate the whole thing in a second?"

website is implied already, so what else can we say to keep the reader intrigued to continue reading the rest of the document?

“The meme and the memo” is itself an excellent example of a meme that encapsulates the memo!
