I have not tried any stirring or agitation. I pour all the water at once it seems to make a good whirlpool effect. I’d be curious to do side-by-side in a blind tasting. I don’t mind the brew time I can go back to preparing food, and I come back to a perfect cup at a very drinkable temp. Really love how clean my extractions taste and how easy it is to clean.

Ha yeah what will the data set of price be used for? I'd be more interested in a review of the texture/roast/milk and cup used for each Capp. I would add Good Boy Bob but I guess that's more SM than Venice.
